T Bar Leather Co does NOT offer refunds on custom orders OR ready-to-ship items once a payment is made. 

If payment plans are discussed for custom items, payments made will not be refundable. Failure to finish out payments will result in a fully non refundable order. Payments must be paid within the time discussed.
